Returns
You have 14 days to return your items for a full refund or exchange. For full information please view below.
Returns Process (UK, Europe and RoW)
1. To start your return, access your account and select the order that you wish to return. You will see a “Return Items” option and this will automatically request a return for Colmere to approve. You can also contact us by email to initiate a return at contact@colmere.com
2. Colmere will provide you with return instructions.
3. Parcel up your item and send this back to us.
4. Colmere will confirm receipt of your return and process your return instructions.
UK Orders
If something is not quite right you’ve got 14 days to send back your items for a full refund or Exchange. All we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging. In order to make a return, please contact for shipping information: contact@colmere.com
Please note that shipping charges with be excluded from the refund amount. If your order qualified for free shipping and all items are returned, Colmere will deduct the standard shipping cost from your refund amount.
Return costs and shipping method are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer free returns on orders, but this is something that we hope to be able to offer in the future. Colmere will notify the customer on receipt of the returned item and process the return instructions. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 days to appear after you have received a receipt of your returned item.
Sale items follow the same return conditions as outlined above for full-price items.

Rejected or Uncollected Deliveries
If a delivery is rejected by the customer, or if the customer fails to collect the parcel from the courier’s designated pick-up location before the deadline set by the courier, the order will be returned to us. In these cases, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. If the order qualified for free shipping, a £5 deduction will be applied to cover return shipping and handling costs for UK orders, £10 for EU and £20 for US and RoW orders.
Import Duties & Fees
For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Colmere does not cover or reimburse these charges. If such fees are required by local customs authorities, the customer must settle them directly to release the shipment.
